All Special Stages will be accessible through designated entries. There will be a CYŁ1 (Cyprus pounds) entry fee for all stages except the entry to the Kelefos Bridge where entry is only available with a special pass. The Kelefos pass costs CYŁ3 and can only be purchased in advance. Also, there will be a CYŁ2 parking fee per car. Only 1000 Kelefos passes will be issued. The pass will not be sold on location. Last year's crowd caused this Special Stage to be cancelled and the organisers can only run the stage if the total number of spectators is controlled. The additional entry amount is necessary to cover the security measures needed to ensure the smooth running of the stage. A large portion of the Special Stage fee is allocated to the communities for safety and cleanup. The 2005 Rally Pass costs CYŁ15 and it includes access to all Special Stages, Shakedown, an official Rally T-shirt or Hat and a Rally Programme. The Rally Pass includes access to the Kelefos bridge spot and will be available at the Cyprus Automobile Association (CAA) until the week of the event. From Wednesday 11th May onwards the Rally Pass will be available at the Rally HQ/Service Park area (Palais des Sports) in Lemesos and the Start/Finish area (Promenade by old Harbour in Lemesos).
