Special Stage Access: All Special Stages will be accessible through designated entries. There will be a one CY pound 1 entry fee. The Special Stage fee is allocated to the communities for cleanup and safety. For access to the Special Stages please refer to the official Rally Programme available at newsstands on May 1^st.

Rally Pass: The 2004 Rally Pass is worth CY pounds 15 and it includes Access to all Special Stages, Official Rally hat and a Rally Programme. The Rally Pass will be available at the Cyprus Automobile Association until the week of the event. From Monday 11^th May onwards the Rally Pass will be available at the Four Seasons Hotel in Limassol and the Service Park. For more information call the CAA at +357 22 313233 during office hours.

Rally Merchandise (T-shirts, hats, backpacks): Official Rally merchandise will be available at the Four Seasons Hotel in Limassol and the Service Park.

Start/Finish Ceremony: The ceremonial START of the rally will take place on Thursday 13^th May - 20:30 hours at the Limassol Promenade.

The FINISH ceremony will be held on Sunday 16^th May - 14:30 hours at the Limassol Promenade.
