3.1.

3.2.
Entry
procedure
Anybody
wishing to take part in The Cyprus Rally 2003 must send the attached entry
form duly completed to the Rally Secretariat before Wednesday May 14th
at 16:00 hours.
Manufacturers
registered in the FIA World Rally Championship will also make their entries with the Rally Secretariat, by using the standard form submitted by the FIA.
If the
entry form is sent by fax, the original must reach the organiser at the latest
one week after the close of the entries.
Details
concerning the co-driver can be sent up to 15.6.2003
at 19:00 hours.
3.3.
Number
of entrants accepted and classes
The
maximum number of entrants in a 2003 World Rally Championship round is fixed
at 90, divided into 4 groups: Priority 1, Priority 2, Priority 3 and
Non-Priority. In case there are
more than 90 entries, the Organising Committee shall decide which entries will
be accepted and notify the competitors not accepted by 19.5.2003. The decision
of the Organising Committee is not protestable.
The
classes for the non-priority drivers will be divided as follows:

minimum number of five starters per class are admitted. Should this number not
be attained the competitors in the class are admitted in the next class up of
the respective group.
3.4.
Entry
fees
3.4.1.
Entry fees for the three categories and their contents are as described
below:
As per
FIA World Rally Championship Regulations.
With
the optional advertising proposed by the organisers: US$3.500,00
Without
the optional advertising: US$5.500,00
Other Entries (as defined in
article 3.4.3 below)
With
the optional advertising proposed by the organisers: US$2.500,00
Without
the optional advertising: US$3.500,00.
Competitors not wishing to carry the organiser's
optional advertising must signify this on their entry form.
3.4.2.
The entry application will be accepted if accompanied by the total
entry fees or by a receipt issued by the competitor's National Sporting
Authority.
